A couple was arrested with 1,300 methamphetamine pills and 24.19 grams of crystal methamphetamine in Rawai.
The Chalong Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they arrested a Thai couple in Rawai. Seized from them were 1,300 methamphetamine pills and 24.19 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a handgun and bullets.
They were taken to the Chalong Police Station to face charge of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell, possession of firearm and ammunition without permission.
The Phuket Express noted that police did not release personal details of the suspects.
