British Man Injured After Being Stabbed on Bangla Road in Phuket

Patong, Phuket– A British national was the victim of a stabbing incident on Bangla Road, sustaining injuries that required immediate medical attention.

The Phuket Express was informed by emergency services that at approximately 4:40 A.M. on Saturday, May 18th, they received a distress call regarding a foreign individual who had suffered stab wounds. The incident occurred in the vicinity of a local convenience store on the bustling Bangla Road.

Upon arrival at the scene, first responders discovered the injured British man with a stab wound to his back.

Eyewitness accounts suggest that a confrontation erupted involving approximately five Thai men and a group of foreigners. During the altercation, it was reported that one individual brandished a knife. Following the incident, the assailants quickly fled the scene.

Patong Police have confirmed to The Phuket Express that an active search is underway for the suspects involved in this violent encounter.

The names of those involved, including the victim, were withheld by relevant police.
