- Thai metropolitan investigative police investigated a case of an Indian suspect who allegedly stabbed a Thai woman 31 times leading to her death at a hotel in the Talat Phlu area, Thonburi, Bangkok.
The suspect reportedly confessed his wrongdoings to the police as he allegedly had a personal grudge against his girlfriend, the victim, and committed the murder.

The province with the total highest fatalities was Chiang Rai with 17 deaths.
