PHUKET-A violent altercation in the early hours of Thursday near Saphan Hin Public Park has left a teenager with serious injuries. Phuket City Police were alerted to the incident at approximately 4:13 A.M. in the Talad Yai sub-district of Phuket City.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a damaged motorbike, shattered beer bottles, an iron rod, and a blood-stained knife. The 16-year-old victim had already been transported to a local hospital with a stab wound to his back by the time authorities reached the location.
Identified only as Mr. Bew, the injured party recounted to police that the confrontation began when he and three friends questioned a group of 10-15 individuals regarding an incident the previous day involving the disposal of a motorbike key.
The situation escalated when a member of the opposing group, referred to as Mr. Bas, confronted Mr. Bew about the noise from their motorbikes, leading to the outbreak of violence. Phuket City Police are actively pursuing the suspects involved in this case.
