Suspect Arrested in Phuket with 42,565 Meth Pills

A man from Krabi was arrested in Phuket with 42,565 methamphetamine pills on Wednesday (April 3rd).

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that they arrested the Thai suspect, identified only as Mr. Mhoe, 35, from Krabi. He was arrested at a house in Rassada in Phuket City.

Seized from him were 42,565 methamphetamine pills, 1.04 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a handmade handgun with five bullets, and other property worth in total 1,216,987 baht.

He was taken to the Phuket City Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell, illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, and using illegal category 1 drugs.
