Women Arrested with 1,756 Meth Pills and Crystal Meth in Rawai

A 51-year-old female drug dealer was arrested in Rawai with 1,756 methamphetamine pills and 616.76 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

The Chalong Police told the Phuket Express that on Tuesday (March 26th) they raided the Thai Mai Village in Rawai as part of a crackdown campaign against illegal drugs.

Ms. Suree, also known as ‘Aunty Yhee’, 51, was arrested. Seized from her were 1,756 methamphetamine pills and 616.76 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

She was taken to the Chalong Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell.

Aunty Yhee did not immediately release a statement to the press.
