Korean Man Rescued After Falling Unconscious While Diving in Phang Nga

A Korean man fell unconscious after going diving at the Similan National Park in Phang Nga.

The Royal Thai Navy told the Phuket Express that over the past weekend they were notified from a boat operator that a 41-year-old Korean man fell unconscious and was not breathing after he finished a dive at Eight Island in the national park area.

He was provided CPR while he was being transferred to the Thap Lamu Pier in the Thai Mueang district. The Royal Thai Nany did not give an update about the Korean man’s condition after he arrived at the hospital nor released his name to the Thai media.
