Intoxicated Driver Caught after Driving on Central Reservation and Crashing Into Vehicles in Thalang

An intoxicated driver was arrested after driving on a central reservation and crashing into many vehicles in Thalang.

The Thalang Police told the Phuket Express that at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday (February 14th) they were notified that a pickup truck was driving on the central reservation on the main Thep Krasattri Road in the Sri Soonthorn sun-district.

The pickup truck was driving from the Baan Kean Intersection in the Thep Krasattri sub-district and crashed with many vehicles along the way on the southbound lane. The intoxicated male driver was finally arrested before being taken to Thalang Hospital for drug testing.

Personal details of the driver were not revealed by police.
