Two Suspects Arrested with 3,430 Meth Pills in Thalang

Two suspects were arrested with 3,430 methamphetamine pills and 642 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

The Border Patrol Police told the Phuket Express that over the past weekend they arrested two suspects who were identified only as Mr. Jaran ‘Eak’, 40 from Thalang and Mr. Bamroong ‘Long’, 40 from Buriram. They were arrested near a lagoon in the Sri Soonthorn sub-district.

Seized from them were 3,430 methamphetamine pills and 642 grams of crystal methamphetamine. Some of the drugs were found buried in soil.

They were taken to the Thalang Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell.
