Fire Guts Second Hand Shop in Phuket Town

Phuket –

A fire has damaged a second-hand shop in Phuket town alarming local residents.

Firefighters from the Phuket City Municipality were notified of the fire on Sunday (January 14th) in the afternoon at a second-hand shop on the Sri Sutat Road in Talad Yai, Phuket Town.

They arrived at the scene with two fire engines to find smoke coming out from the shop. It took about 15 minutes to control the fire. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still being investigated by the Forensic Police as of press time.
