Firefighters at the Chalong Municipality told the Phuket Express that they were notified of the fire at a house in Soi 5 at Nai Mueang Village in Chalong, Mueang Phuket by a local resident earlier this week.

They arrived at the scene to find smoke coming out from the one of the two vehicles. It took about five minutes to control the fire. The engine bay of one car was damaged by the fire which was believed to be the source of the fire which then spread to the other car nearby.
