The Phuket Provincial Administrative Organisation (PPAO) will launch a Phuket Smart Pier in Chalong
The PPAO Chief Mr. Rewat Areerob told the Phuket Express that marine tourism is famous among tourists and many passengers are currently using marine transportation. The Phuket Smart Pier will be connected with many other piers in Phuket and nearby provinces in the Andaman Sea.
The Phuket Smart Pier will be launched with high level technology using AI systems for better infrastructure and safety for both Thai and foreign tourists who are travelling in Phuket.
The Phuket Yacht Control Center: PYCC will also be stationed at the Smart Pier to service yachts from other countries with One Stop Service systems.
