A sea turtle was found dead on a beach in Cherng Talay recently.
The Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR) told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they were notified by an unidentified hotel staffer that a dead sea turtle was found dead on a beach in front of the hotel.
The sea turtle was taken to the Sireetarn Marine Endangered Animals Rescue Center to find out it’s exact cause of death.
