A man was arrested with 90 methamphetamine pills in Thalang.
The Thalang District Chief Mr. Bancha Tanuin told the Phuket Express that late last week they arrested a suspect identified only as Mr. Manot, aka Bee Hun, in front of a house in the Thep Krasattri sub-district.
Seized from him were 90 methamphetamine pills. He was taken to the Thalang Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell.
The arrest came after officers received a tip-off from a concerned citizen that Bee Hun was selling drugs in the local area before they conducted a sting operation and finally arrested him.
