A speedboat sped into a swimming area off Koh Larn and struck a Thai woman and her Russian boyfriend to death. The suspect was subsequently arrested and charged for recklessness causing deaths of others.

3. Pattaya Set to Complete Construction of Mega Project Football Stadium within 820 Days After Picking New Contractor
The new contractor will be subject to a fine of over 3 million baht a day if they fail to complete the project within the set timeframe, the mayor said.
