Phuket Airport to Hold Full-Scale Exercise: PEMEX 2023

The Phuket Airport has announced that they will hold a Full-Scale Exercise: PEMEX 2023.

Phuket International Airport announced on Monday (June 19th) that a full emergency plan called Full-Scale Exercise: PEMEX 2023 will be held later this week. The drill will include a public mass shooting security training scenario.

The exercise will be at the second floor of the Domestic Terminal, the Phuket International Airport from 10:00 P.M. on this Friday (June 23rd), 2023.

The Phuket International Airport is asking for cooperation from the public inside the terminal NOT to take any photos or record videos of the drill due to the public outside possibly having a misunderstanding that the exercise is only training and not a real incident.
