Foreigners Arguing Over Condo Noise Disturbances End in Hugs

Phuket –

A Russian man called tourist police after he was being inconvenienced by an American man at a condominium in Phuket who he says was continually being a nuisance and causing noise disturbances.

The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express on Thursday (June 15th) that they were notified from a Russian man who stayed at a condominium in Phuket about an American who stayed near his room at the same complex and allegedly used a laser to point at his eyes almost every day. The American also said rude words to him and always opened loud music and disturbed others at the condominium, claimed the Russian man.

The Phuket Tourist Police talked with the American man who admitted that he did what the Russian man had reported.

The Phuket Express noted that it was not mentioned why the American man did that.

The American man apologized to the Russian man before they both ended up giving handshakes and hugging.

The Phuket Express noted names of both men and the condominium were not revealed by the Phuket Tourist Police due to their privacy.
