Koh Kaew –
A rider who is a student sustained serious injuries after their motorbike collided with a bus in Koh Kaew, Mueang Phuket.
Emergency responders were notified of the accident on Tuesday morning (May 30th) on the Thep Krasattri Road on the South bound lane near the Bang Khu Underpass.
They arrived at the scene to find the damaged motorbike and the bus on the road. Nearby, they found the 17-year-old male rider who was wearing a student’s uniform of a school in Phuket Town. He had sustained severe injuries and he was rushed to a nearby hospital.
The name of the injured teen was withheld due to his age.
The Phuket City Police are continuing their investigation to find the exact cause of the accident for possible further legal action.
