Driver Injured After Pickup Truck Overturns in Thalang, Blames Wet Road

Thalang –

A driver has sustained injuries after his pickup truck overturned in Thalang.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident on Saturday morning (May 20th) on the Tha Ruea – Mueang Mai Road in the Pa Klok sub-district.

They arrived at the scene to find the overturned pickup truck at a U-turn near the Pa Klok Temple.

The driver, identified only as Mr. Wittaya, 20, had sustained various injuries. He told The Phuket Express that he lost control of his pickup truck and crashed into poles and a road sign before overturning. He blamed rain and the wet road for the accident.

However, the Thalang Police are continuing their investigation for further legal action.
