80 Baby Sea Turtles Hatch and Head into the Sea in Phang Nga – VIDEO

Eighty baby green sea turtles have successfully hatched and headed into the sea at Tachai Island in the Similan National Park.

The Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR) told the Phuket Express this week that 80 baby green sea turtles successfully hatched from their eggs. The baby turtles then headed back to their home in the sea. Their mother green turtle laid 96 eggs last month on the Tachai Island in the Tai Mueang district.
