Hundreds of Guns Seized in Phuket Destroyed

Phuket –

In total 136 guns which had been seized in Phuket from four police stations have been destroyed.

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express on Friday (April 28th) that a firearms destruction project was held at a waste disposal center in the Phuket Municipality.

There were 72 guns from the Phuket City Police, 24 guns from Chalong Police, 4 guns from Wichit Police Station, and 36 from Thalang Police Station turned in. In total, 136 guns have been destroyed.

The Phuket Provincial Police are continuing to crack down on crime they added in a statement to The Phuket Express.
