Phang Nga –

Seventy-seven sea turtle eggs were found on a beach in the Thai Mueang district.

The Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR) Phang Nga office told the Phuket Express that this week they found a trace of a mother sea turtle at Tachai Beach on Tachai Island in the Thai Mueang district.

Relevant officials found the nest with 77 sea turtle eggs buried inside.

The eggs have been relocated to a safe area nearby due to concern of damage from the weather.
