UPDATE: Body of Man Who Jumped from Phuket Bridge Found

Phuket –

The body of a 57 year old man who jumped off of the Krasattri Bridge was found after three days of searching.

Our previous story:

The Kok Kloi Police in Takua Thung, Phang Nga was notified of the incident after midnight on March 27th on the Thep Krasattri Bridge which connects Phuket Island and the Phang Nga mainland. The man was later identified by police as a 57 year old Thai man from Cherng Talay in Thalang.

Now for the update:

On Wednesday (March 29) a body was found floating about one kilometer from the Thep Krasattri Bridge.

Kusoldharm rescue workers recovered the body. The man’s wife has confirmed that the body was her husband.

Their names were both withheld for family privacy.
