Dutch Man Arrested at Phuket Airport for Entering and Staying in Thailand Without Proper Documents

Phuket –

A Dutch man was arrested at Phuket International Airport for entering and staying in the Kingdom of Thailand without a proper permit or visa.

The Immigration Office at Phuket International Airport told the Phuket Express that over the past weekend they arrested a man whose full name was not given, 61, a Dutch national.

He was arrested at the Immigration Checkpoint in the International Departure Terminal at the Phuket International Airport.

He was taken to Sakoo Police Station to face charges of entering and staying in the country without a permit.

It was unclear how he had originally entered Thailand.

Earlier this week, a Dutch woman was arrested in a similar case as seen here.
