Phuket City of Gastronomy 25th Anniversary Festival to Be Held in Phuket Town

The Phuket City of Gastronomy 25th annual festival will be held in Phuket Town.

The Phuket City Deputy Mayor Mr. Prasit Sinsaowapark told the Phuket Express that the festival will be held from March 8th to April 3rd , 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. at Saphan Hin in Phuket Town.

Mr. Prasit told The Phuket Express, “This annual food festival is aimed to boost Phuket’s tourism and economy. Phuket has been chosen as one of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network Members in the Creative City of Gastronomy.”

The President of the Phuket City Food Operators Association Mr. Panachai Wassanaroongruengsuk told the Phuket Express that there will be more than 100 food stalls which will be more than in the past few years. The festival has also continued to preserve the environment and decrease pollution by avoiding the use of plastic or foam.
