Nine People Injured after Pickup Truck Overturns in Thalang, Phuket

Thalang –

Two people were seriously injured and seven have sustained less serious injuries after a pickup truck overturned in Thalang, Phuket today.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident this morning (February 20th) at 8:35 A.M. on the Thep Krasattri Road southbound lane in the Sri Soonthorn sub-district.

They and the Phuket Express arrived at the scene to find the damaged pickup truck on the road. Nine Myanmar workers had sustained injuries with two of them being severe. They were taken to a local hospital.

The Thalang Police are continuing their investigation to find the exact cause of the accident.
