Phuket Boosting Tourism with Street Art

Phuket –

Phuket City is boosting Phuket Old Town tourism with street art.

The Phuket City Mayor Saroj Angkanapilart told The Phuket Express, “We are ready to welcome Chinese and foreign tourists from around the world to visit the beautiful Phuket Old Town and experience local tourism. There are activities all year for tourists.”

“There are many landmarks in Phuket Old Town such as Surin Circle, Suriyadet Circle, Chartered Intersection and more. We have also decorated Phuket Old Town with street art to present local life and culture.” The mayor continued.

“Street art can be seen on walls around Phuket Old Town. Art can also attract tourists as most Thai and foreign tourists like to take photos. We would like to invite tourists to come and see more street art that we have presented.” The mayor concluded.
