American Tourist Helped After Getting Lost at Krating Cape in Phuket

An American tourist was helped after he got lost at Krating Cape, southwest of Phuket.

The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express today (February 4th) that an unidentified male American tourist called the Tourist Police call center at 1155. He said he was walking along on a trail near the Krating Cape in Karon alone. He was unable to find the way out.

The Phuket Tourist Police and a Good Samaritan connected with the American tourist via the WeChat application until they found the tourist who was found safe and taken back to the exit.

The American tourist said thank you to the officers and Good Samaritan.
