Traffic to Close for Phuket Festival 2023 in Phuket Old Town

Some roads in Phuket Old Town will be closed to traffic during the Phuket Festival 2023 this month.

The so-called and self-proclaimed “Biggest Festival” will be held in Phuket Old Town later this month.

More details have been released on the Phuket Festival 2023 which will be held this month.

Now for the update:

The Phuket City Municipality told the Phuket Express that from January 27th to January 29th, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to midnight traffic will be temporarily closed at locations below:

  • Thep Krasattri Road (some parts in Phuket Old Town)
  • Phuket Road (some parts)
  • Thalang Road and Soi Rommanee (all parts)
  • Krabi Road (some parts)
  • Phang Nga Road (some parts), Soi Pradit (all parts)
  • Takua Pa Road (some parts)

Please avoid the area for through traffic. The Phuket City Municipality apologizes for the inconvenience.
