Patong Celebrating Chinese New Year

Patong is celebrating Chinese New Year by decorating the city with red lanterns.

The Patong Municipality is inviting people to take photos with red lanterns on the Patong Beach as the city is celebrating the Chinese New Year.

Another event is being held by the Phuket Municipality and is inviting people to join in the annual Lantern Festival in Phuket Old Town for the beginning of the Chinese New Year.

The so-called and self-proclaimed “Biggest Festival” will be held in Phuket Old Town later this month.
