More Direct Flights From China Scheduled to Arrive in Phuket

More Direct flights from China are scheduled to arrive in Phuket this month with about 500 passengers.

269 Chinese tourists from Xiamen in China have landed at Thailand’s Suvarnabhumi Airport on January 9th.

The President of the Phuket Tourism Association, Mr. Thanet Tantipiriyakit, told the Phuket Express. “We believe that Phuket is still one of the top tourism destinations for Chinese tourists. They have been eagerly waiting to visit Phuket.”

“This month, on January 18th , there will be direct flights from China to Phuket, two flights from Shanghai and one flight from Nanking. In total, three flights will carry about 500 passengers. Two more direct flights are still waiting to be confirmed,” Mr. Thanet explained.

“In addition, on January 24th , there will be three more flights from China which will be in total eight flights this month,” Mr. Thanet added.
