Female drug dealer arrested in Thalang with 1,720 methamphetamine pills

A female drug dealer has been arrested in Thalang with 1,720 methamphetamine pills.

The Thalang Police told the Phuket Express that yesterday (December 14th) they have arrested Mrs. Ratree Gansantear at a convenience store in Baan Ao Po in the Pa Klok sub-strict. Seized from her were 1,720 methamphetamine pills.

The arrest came after police received a tip-off that Mrs. Ratree was selling drugs in the area. They conducted a sting operation before arresting her.

She was taken to the Thalang Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of Category 1 Drugs with intent to sell.
