Patong motorbike thief arrested

A motorbike thief in Patong has been arrested.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that last night (December 12th) they arrested Mr. Krisada ‘Nong’ Kluajanong, 35, from Sakon Nakhon, in the northeast of Thailand. He was arrested near a work camp opposite Soi Coconut on Na Nai Road. Seized from him was a stolen motorbike.

The arrest came after a motorbike owner filed a report to the police of the stolen motorbike which was parked in front of a housing estate in Soi Na Nai 2.

Police tracked down Nong from CCTV footage nearby and they finally arrested the suspect who is facing charges of theft.
