Patong holds Big Cleaning Day on Bangla Road

Patong –

The Patong Municipality held a Big Cleaning Day on the Bangla Road.

The cleaning was started yesterday morning (November 25th) and was led by the Patong Mayor Mr. Chalermsak Meneesri. Joining him were entertainment venue owners, hotel operators, and other staffers.

Mr. Chalermsak told the Phuket Express. “The project was being held by the Public Health and Environment office in the Patong Municipality. It is aimed to encourage people to care for cleanliness and the environment as well as to preserve natural resources in the Patong area. In addition, we are preparing to welcome more tourists on this coming high season.”
