Officials inspect entertainment venues in Patong on Halloween

Patong –

Officials inspected entertainment venues on Bangla Road in Patong to ensure safety on Halloween last night (October 31st).

A team of officials from the Kathu District Office and the Patong Police inspected entertainment venues to ensure tourists safety.

Mr. Pipop Sudkhao, the Kathu Administrative Chief Officer told the Phuket Express, “Entertainment operators and staffers are informed to make sure to check their customers before letting them enter venues and be focused on not having weapons and illegal drugs. If they saw any suspicious items, they should inform officers as well as to check fire safety rules like making sure fire exits are not blocked and unlocked.”

No major violations were found.
