Thieves stole from two convenience stores in Wichit in one night.

The Wichit Police told the Phuket Express, that on Tuesday (October 25th) at 10:40 P.M. they were notified that two suspects stole from a convenience store in Wichit.

After that at 11:00 P.M. they were notified again that two suspects stole from another convenience store in Wichit. This time one of the suspects Mr. Tananuwat, 29, was caught by staffers while the other suspect sped away on a motorbike. Tananuwat tested positive for drugs and admitted that he used some crystal methamphetamine.

Yesterday (October 26th) Wichit police arrested the other suspect Mr. Chitnupong, 30. Seized from him were two methamphetamine pills and 0.34 grams of crystal methamphetamine. He admitted that used eight methamphetamine pills before stealing from the two convenience stores.

Both of them were facing charges of illegal possession of Category 1 drugs and theft.
