Structures that have allegedly encroached on public areas worth 50 billion baht on the Lay Phang Beach in Cherng Talay, Thalang are finally demolished.

Officers have placed notices which give the order to demolish structures within 15 days that have encroached on public areas on the Lay Phang Beach in Cherng Talay after four years fighting in the court.

“Officials started the demolishing this morning (September 30th) on the Lay Phang Beach which is on 178 Rais of land. The cost of land is worth 50 billion baht. The area is seized back to the public to benefit everyone.”, said the Director General of the DSI (Department of Special Investigation) Traiyarit Taemahiwong.
