The Constitutional Court on Wednesday, September 14th, set a date for its verdict on General Prayut Chan-O’Cha’s eight-year ministerial term limit to be on September 30th at 3:00 PM.
After receiving additional documents as demanded during the first consideration, the Committee of the Judge of the Constitutional Court stated this afternoon that the term limit of General Prayut was considered a legal issue and controversy and there is now sufficient evidence to conduct the verdict.
Therefore, the inquiry process is concluded under the Constitutional Court B.E. 2561 and the Constitutional Court will conduct a meeting to consult, vote, and read the verdict to both parties on Friday, September 30th, at 3:00 PM.
