Phang Nga Police raid home producing guns for sale via Facebook, suspect still at large

Phang Nga Police raided a home in the Tai Mueang district where a suspect produced guns and sold them via Facebook.

A team from the Phang Nga Police raided a house in the Na Toei sub-district this week. They arrived at the home to find lot of handmade handguns, bullets, and gun parts. No one was found at the house.

The Phang Nga Provincial Police Commander Major General Thammanoon Prayuenyong told associated Thai media, “We were notified there were many shooting cases in the northeast of Thailand. Guns seized from those cases were directly sent from Phang Nga.”

“We have continued the investigation and the suspect was identified as Mr. Kittiphon Patnark, 27. He opened a Facebook page with LIVE streams selling handmade handguns with shooting and testing shows. We are tracking him down to find Mr. Kittiphon who is still at large.” The commander concluded.
