Noodle vendor injured after motorbike sidecar collides with minivan in Kata

Kata –

A noodle vendor has sustained injuries after his motorbike sidecar collided with a minivan in Kata.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident yesterday (September 8th) on Patak Road in Kata, Karon sub-district, Mueang Phuket district.

They arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike sidecar and the minivan on the road. Food was scattered across the pavement. The motorbike sidecar driver, who is noodle vendor, had sustained minor injuries.

Witnesses said the minivan was coming from a straight away when the motorbike sidecar immediately crossed the road.

Kata law enforcement is reviewing the accident to determine legal liability and fault.
