Krabi –

The suspect who murdered three students in Krabi in a road rage incident has attacked another prisoner in his cell and been moved to solitary.

Our previous story:

A suspect has been arrested after three students were shot to death near a burning motorbike on a roadside in Krabi.

Teerasak ‘Toi’ Boonrueng, 42, who was in custody at the Khao Phanom Police Station attacked another prisoner in his cell yesterday afternoon (September 6th). He slammed the other prisoner’s head into the floor repeatedly until police broke up the situation. Teerasak is now being isolated to a single cell. Teerasak used the same excuse he used for murdering the students, claiming he was paranoid and the man would try to kill him if he didn’t kill them first.

The Khao Phanom Poice said at this stage Teerasak is facing charges of intentional murder, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, carrying a gun in public without permission, opening fire in public, and using illegal drugs.

Teerasak admitted he was unable to control himself after using drugs. Police and the court have denied bail for Teerasak.
