Japanese boy and Russian man injured after multiple motorbike collision in Kata

A Russian driver and a Japanese boy have sustained injuries after a multiple motorbike collision in Kata.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 6:00 P.M. September 6th on a road in Kata. They arrived at the scene to find two damaged motorbikes on the road. Nearby, they found two injured parties which were a Russian driver and a Japanese male passenger.

The Japanese boy, who was travelling with his father, who was uninjured, on a motorbike, was taken to a local hospital while the Russian man, who had sustained minor injuries, refused to go to a hospital. The names of the three people involved were not released by officials at the scene of the accident.

Police are checking CCTV footage to find the exact cause of the accident.
