Karon –
Strong winds and heavy rains brought down a large tree and damaged a house in Karon.
Karon Municipality was notified from a local resident that a large tree was knocked down by strong winds and hit a home in Soi Patak, Karon.
A team of staffers from the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation office of the Karon Municipality went to the scene to cut and remove trees from the area. The exact estimate of financial damage was not given by relevant authorities. No injuries were reported.
