Phuket ready to host APEC SME next month

The Phuket Governor announced that the province is ready to host the 28th APEC SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) next month.

The Phuket Governor Narong Woonciew told The Phuket Express, “Phuket is ready to host the 28th APEC SME meeting next month from September 5th to September 10th. This is a good opportunity for Phuket to welcome guests from 21 economy zones in Asia – Pacific. We are also ready for trade, investment and tourism after Covid-19.”

“In addition, we have 42,598 SME operators with 224,905 of employees. This is a good chance to drive economy for the area and for the country in the future.” The governor concluded.
