UPDATE: Officials visit victims of fire in Rassada, Phuket

Phuket –

  Phuket officials went to a fire scene in the Rassada sub-district, Mueang Phuket district to console the fire victims.

 Our previous story:

 A fire has destroyed a house in the Rassada sub-district, Mueang Phuket district.

Now update:

Yesterday (August 4th) a team of Phuket officials led by the Mueang Phuket District Chief Mr. Suwit Suriyawong and the village headman visited the victims after a fire broke out at the house made of wood and zinc. The victims were given dried food and money before being given details for further assistance.

The victims, whose names were withheld, were evidently very grateful for the assistance and aid.

The exact cause of the fire was still under investigation and review by relevant officials.
