Koh Kaew-
Three wanted suspects who law enforcement officers say are connected to a recent Koh Kaew shooting have been arrested in Phetchaburi, Central Thailand and accused of being involved in a drug network by Thai authorities.
First, our previous story:
A 35-year-old man has sustained injuries from a gunshot wound after fighting with a group of other men at a house in the Koh Kaew sub-district in Mueang Phuket district just before midnight on May 23rd.
Now for our updated story:
Police from the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) have arrested three suspects they say are involved in a large drug network in Trang, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Phuket.
CSD officers searched a target house in Phetchaburi following an extensive investigation and found a wanted Phuket suspect, Mr. Surasak Huayluek, 32. A handgun and 51 bullets were also seized, according to the CSD.
CSD continued their investigation into the drug network before they arrested two Phuket wanted suspects who are Mr. Sulaiman Wayosan, 26, and Mr. Komsan Namwong in Pathum Thani. Seized from them were a handgun and 18 bullets, according to the CSD report.
All three suspects were taken back to Phuket for further investigation and legal action.
