Man rescued after trying to jump from Sarasin Bridge, Phuket

Phuket –

A man has been rescued after he was trying to jump from the famous Sarasin Bridge in Thalang district this afternoon (July 8th).

The Tha Chatchai Police reports they were notified of the incident at 1:00 P.M. at the Sarasin Bridge in the Mai Khao sub-district. They arrived at the scene with emergency responders to find the distressed and emotional man on the bridge.

Police were trying to talk with the man before they finally convinced the man to come down from the bridge. He was taken to the Tha Chatchai Police Station before police called his relatives. However police did not release more details about the man
