Today marks the 65th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, the youngest daughter of Their Majesties King Bhumibol Adulyadej, King Rama IX, and Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of Thailand.
Her Royal Highness Princess was born on 4 July 1957 at the Amporn Sathan Throne Hall of Dusit Palace. She graduated from Kasetsart University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
As she received a Doctor of Philosophy (Toxicology) in Japan and Post-Doctorate in Germany, she has been nationally recognized as a scientist and a benevolent founder of the “Chulabhorn Foundation” which aims to apply science and technology to improve the lives of Thai people.
