Phuket Town underground construction project to start with a 59 million baht budget

Phuket –

A major underground project on Phuket Road will be started next month with a total initial budget of 59 million baht.

The Phuket City Mayor Mr. Saroj Angkanapilart told The Phuket Express, “The underground construction project will be on Phuket Road from the Bang Neaw Intersection to Soi Kor Pai which is 600 meters in total.”

“The project will be started next month and scheduled to be finished on April 2023 next year which will be in total 59,723,000 million baht.” The mayor concluded.

While the underground construction work is taking place significant traffic delays are expected and motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
