60 sea turtle eggs found on beach in Phang Nga

Phang Nga –

In total, 60 sea turtle eggs were found on a beach in Phang Nga this morning (June 15th).

The Similan National Park reported at 6:30 A.M. this morning that they found the nest of a sea turtle with 60 eggs buried on a beach on Miang Island near the national park office.

It is believed that the eggs are from a green sea turtle mother.

The eggs have been relocated to a safe area nearby due to the concern of damage from weather. It is believed that the baby sea turtles will be hatched within 60 days.
